Not necessarily a "Newbie" but didn't know where the best place would be for this.
I had an old account with them last year. Lost a few hundred and it was nothing major. Lost interest in sports betting online around this time last year. Found a local bookie and have been doing business with him for football.
Last night me and some friends did some casino bets on their website to play around and did fairly well AKA got lucky.
I know the routine on getting money of having to send verification over. My address changed from last year so I updated it on the site, but then they said there were 2 addresses on file and I attempted to update via live chat, they said to email.
So I emailed the old and new address and they were not helping. I call and the rep said I needed to do it VIA email. I tried and again they were not verifying the address on file.
So I call to see what address is on file and the next rep was awesome and updated it over the phone (which the first rep should have done). They were emailing me every 10 minutes telling me to revise my email, all of a sudden once my information is updated they stopped emailing me.
While I decided to take a 5 minute breather away from this situation I decided to hop online and read some more recent customer reviews and they are not the A+ book they have been known for in the past. More recent reviews have been horrible.
